Get 7-8 Hours of Sleep
- Choose healthier options in the cafeteria
- Make sure you have a nice breakfast with complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and protein - a good example of this is oatmeal with egg whites and 2 tablspoons of peanut butter
Staying Active
- Try to workout 5 times a week (an hour is recommended) - it's only 4% of your day so you will definitely have time for that
- LIFT WEIGHTS - I lost all of my weight from weight lifting. I don't do a lot of cardio because I think it's boring. Weights are more fun and challenging. I will be posting a Beginner Lifting Plan in the next few weeks.
