Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Eggs
- Seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, ground red peppers, salsa, fresh herbs)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit - if you use small avocados use small eggs or scoop out some of the center so the egg doesn't over flow
- Crack the egg into the avocado
- Bake for 15-20 minutes - until the egg whites set and the egg is cooked to your liking
- Remove, Season, and ENJOY!
