AYYYYYYE EVERYONE!
Numero Uno - I apologize in advance this will be a very random post because my pre-workout hasn't worn off AND for some reason all of my thoughts are in Spanish right now? It's just one of those days....
OKAY. Numero Dos - So, sorry Dr. Argo (the best orthopedic doctor in ALL of Cincinnati - if you have any injuries GO TO HIM. We are besties because if you know me, I get hurt A LOT) Anyways, he hasn't told me I am allowed to work out again BUT I couldn't wait any longer. I was out for a month... A WHOLE MONTH without the gym. Wait whhhhat? Not okay.
The gym I am currently going to.... STINKS - no squat rack, no bench press, only dumbbells (that go up to 50lbs....) and machines. BLAH. Oh well, you gotta work with what you have.
Today I focused on my upper body because I don't want to put too much pressure on my back. I have 2 bulging disks... one on my lumbar (lower back) and my cervical (neck)

Workout of the Day included:
- Shoulder Press
- Chest Press
- Dumbbell Fly
- Straight Arm Pushdown
- Lateral Pulldown (wide and close)
- Seated Row
- Hammer Curl
- Rope Pushdown
