As I told you all last fall I struggled with an eating disorder. I didn't eat anything, did hours of cardio a day, and lifted on top of that. Then I went home for Christmas break and I started eating like CRAZY. My body was NOT used to it. I put on fat QUICK. But I am so thankful I did. Because this happened....
I gained a TON of muscle. When you eat your body has energy to build your body up and not break it down. This took me 3 months. So you don't believe you can make a change in 12 weeks? You're wrong! You can do ANYTHING you set your mind too (that sounds so mushy and lame but it is true).
I never want to go back to that dark place. Now I have muscle and I eat healthy. I don't worry about calories, I worry about macro-nutrients. What are macro-nutrients? Comment below and I'll explain them to you and help you calculate yours.
So now what....
Well, I am taking the next 18 weeks to lose this fat the healthy way and I WANT you to do that too. I need to stay motivated and I need training partners. If you want to lift with me, run with me, or bike with me. PLEASE don't hesitate to ask. I think I am joining Urban so text me / email me if you want to meet up! Also I have a free community gym behind my house. So if you don't have a gym to go to, call me and I would love to have you join me!
